We Can Stop the Madness

The issue dividing Americans the most today in not race or religion, it's our party affiliations.  Communities thrive on cooperation and compromise.  We need problem solvers, not partisan talking heads, pushing national agendas that don't help our region.

If we really want more political choices, we have to start at the local and state level.

Imagine a state where nonpartisan candidates are able to run and win throughout the state, breaking super- majority votes and forcing thoughtful debates on every bill.

Imagine a State Governed by the Will of the Majority.

Our state's two-party system increasingly favors the will of extreme minorities and special interests, not the rational voices of average citizens. Gerrymandering keeps the most extreme voices in power, and it needs to stop.

Imagine Having a Representative Who Works for You, not Washington, DC.

All districts deserve representatives who offer information and transparency about what's happening in our state. Imagine a state where representatives are accountable to the people in their district, not beholden to partisan ideology and corporate influence.
